Cheese products from Sicily are full of taste and flavor, in our assortment we have chosen for you the Pecorino Primosale, a fresh pecorino cheese with a sweet and delicate flavor, striped rind, white paste with rare holes, maturation in 10/15 days. We also offer Primosale with black peppercorns, chili pepper or olives.

The Bucaro Siciliano is another spicy cheese, hard dough, with or without black pepper, seasoned for at least four months. Made with whole milk.
